hi people i like cheese. today i'm going to tell you how to make Thumbprint cookies.
Ingredients:1 batch of suger cookie dough, and your favorite jelly or jam.
Equipment: plastic wrap, spoon, and 2 greased cookie sheets.
1:preheat the oven to 375f. wrap and chili the dough.
2:take a spoonful of cookie dough and roll it between your hands to make a ball. put the ball on a greased cookie sheet. Use your thumb to make a hole in the middle, but not all the way to the bottom.
3: fill the hole with jelly or jam. do the same with the rest of the dough. you can use different kinds of jelly to vary the color and flavor of the cookies.
4: bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
5: allow the cookies to cool before eating them.
